Success Per Hour on Leaderboard

I'd like to suggest inclusion of hit rate / success per hour for leader board with total success. My team have different start times so currently those on longer shifts are always at the top and those with shorter shifts can not reach the top. With hit rate / success per hour it'd be a more accurate reflection of output from individuals. The agent info is good as it displays team avg SPH. I can also show in a widget their individual SPH to compare. For competition sake it would be nice to see live SPH for those on the leader board, and be able to decide #1 is off highest hit rate rather than total success. Thanks for this, I can appreciate there is a number of use cases where this would be useful.
Your suggestion has been queued up for prioritisation. Feature suggestions are prioritised based on the value to our broader customer community and the product roadmap.
