Restrict What Queues An Agent Can Transfer To

This would make it easier for a customer to transfer a call, they would have all the relevant queues. Then for example the IVR queues wouldn't be available to them, less chance of being transferred to the wrong queue.

Thanks for this, I can appreciate there is a number of use cases where this would be useful.
Your suggestion has been queued up for prioritisation. Feature suggestions are prioritised based on the value to our broader customer community and the product roadmap.
