Pulling Queue Name into Script

Hi there, We have had a few requests from customers to have the Queue Name pull into the script, as you can do with list name etc.... I know that you can view it on the Agent side panel but for those who struggle reading small font or even from a user experience, the ability to have it in the middle of the screen will make a big difference. Thanks for this, I can appreciate there is a number of use cases where this would be useful.

Your suggestion has been queued up for prioritisation. Feature suggestions are prioritised based on the value to our broader customer community and the product roadmap.

We may not be able to pursue this one immediately, but we will continue to monitor it for community input.
