Notification of Live Interaction for My Contact

sometimes, a call may disconnect/hang up, but then call back and re-connect with another adviser, is there a way of highlighting when there is a live interaction for a particular contact? This would be helpful when doing calls notes and informing the advisers on the call that new notes are available to read eg adviser A takes a call with betty, has a 30 min call and they disconnect - for what ever reason. Adviser A finishes off call notes, BUT Butty rings back and gets adviser B Adviser B wont see the calls notes from Adviser A yet, and adviser A also isn't aware they have called back. If Adviser A could be made aware of a live interaction, they can let Adviser B know when notes are complete so adviser B can refresh their screen and then a see the notes. Hope this explanation helps
