Hello, Our customers have reported that they are having to constantly watch the chat as there’s no notification that we have responded. Would it be possible to add a sound notification is added for the client when we respond via webchat?

Thanks for this, I can appreciate there is a number of use cases where this would be useful.
Your suggestion has been queued up for prioritisation. Feature suggestions are prioritised based on the value to our broader customer community and the product roadmap.
We may not be able to pursue this one immediately, but we will continue to monitor it for community input.
