at the moment on script only the email/SMS buttons disappear. From a business point of view having the ability of script only is great for admin teams who don't need to speak to the customer but might need to ping out a text message or an email. this would be great if you could allow those buttons to be visible on script only, it would make admin teams lives much easier and generate more revenue for max contact through more texts being used.
