IVR Routing Reporting in the Front End

Currently we raise a ticket if we need to see the route through the IVR that a specific call takes as this is only available via the database. It would be incredibly helpful if this could be something that we could see through a front end report

Thanks for this, I can appreciate there is a number of use cases where this would be useful.

Your suggestion has been queued up for prioritisation. Feature suggestions are prioritised based on the value to our broader customer community and the product roadmap.

We may not be able to pursue this one immediately, but we will continue to monitor it for community input.
