would it be possible to look into getting historical call back data available withing the callbacks tab, currently we are only able to see overdue for the currently day and would like to view past call backs, times set and times call backs were actually made

Thanks for this, I can appreciate there is a number of use cases where this would be useful.
Your suggestion has been queued up for prioritisation. Feature suggestions are prioritised based on the value to our broader customer community and the product roadmap.
