Early Media - Create ringing tone when dialling

HI, Noticed that when we make a call from MaxContact to an address book entry, there is no ringing tone before the recipient picks up the call - it's a bit disconcerting as other than the note at the bottom to say it's ringing, it doesn't seem like it's connecting!
