It would be great, for a billing and compliance perspective, if there was a way to safely manage CLIs in the system. The current process allows users to free type the CLI in the CTU/List pages - this can present errors which can have legal implications. It can also become messy for a customer to keep tabs of the CLIs. I'd propose a CLI register page whereby CLI's that have been ordered can be entered on this page (it could be locked down to MaxContact admin as we supply the numbers). These numbers are then available as a dropdown on the CTU/List pages and remove the error from presenting the incorrect number. It can also be added as a dropdown on the inbound numbers page for the same reason. One step further would be to have a warning when you choose an outbound CLI along the lines of "Have you remembered to configure this on the inbound numbers page" to ensure that customers are following the correct process.
