Hello, Currently there is no stat tile for how many DMC's an agent has had that day. There is DMC% but it would be really helpful if there was a way they could see how many DMC they had made. It would also be really good if we could make our own custom stat tiles. For instance we have a metric called 'Chargeable Contacts' which is basically DMC + Contact Calls. There is currently no way we could show this to an agent on a dashboard and we are having to use internal reporting for this. Many Thanks, Adam
