Digital transcript download is a much-requested feature. This quarter we’ll be delivering this functionality across Web Chat, Email and SMS, including any attachments.
Great news! We have finished this feature and is available to our customers from v5.1.6 which will be rolled out from next week to clients.

Thanks for this, I can appreciate there is a number of use cases where this would be useful.
Your suggestion has been queued up for prioritisation. Feature suggestions are prioritised based on the value to our broader customer community and the product roadmap.
We may not be able to pursue this one immediately, but we will continue to monitor it for community input.

Hi, Perenna would really benefit from this too. We would like the ability to extract an email conversation - ideally in a PDF format which includes any images or attachments that are in the body of the email to enable us to save them to an individual case history. Thanks
