We’re giving you more control over how you receive call notifications in Dynamic Nailup. Instead of the standard beep, you can now select a custom Alert Tone that suits your preference. Your chosen tone will be saved at the user level in Contact Hub and played each time a call is offered.

This update improves call awareness, reduces missed calls, and makes it easier to distinguish alerts—especially in noisy environments.
