It would be good to be able to choose an outcome if a call back needs to be cancelled. For example - I have called my customer but they told me to email them some details and call me back in 2 weeks. In that 2 weeks, the customer emails me saying I want to proceed and the sale is done. However I need to remove the call back and disposition it as SALE. At the moment, if I make the call back Public, it removes the call back but follows the previous re calls. Is there anyway I could disposition it as SALE without having to call the customer back?
