We have had two incidents this year whereby one of our Bridge Campaigns has been stopped in error.
As a result, we were unable to divert callers to an external number temporarily.
As this incident was caused because of human error, we are looking at solutions to stop it happening again.
One solution we believe would be beneficial is a “Campaign/Service Lock” which would give certain Campaigns a status whereby they can’t be stopped without a password and/or the lock being disabled via the CTU management page.
We appreciate this could be controlled by Permissions, but the user would still need access to control other Campaigns – and although there is a confirmation button, this has happened twice in error so we are just wanting to explore a more robust option.
