We would like to request that there is an option to block SMS messages and emails coming through in a similar way to how we can block a number from calling. On our service, we do unfortunately receive communication that is perceived as inappropriate. On previous platforms we have been able to block numbers to prevent our team from continuously being subject to inappropriate messages.

Thanks for this, I can appreciate there is a number of use cases where this would be useful.
Your suggestion has been queued up for prioritisation. Feature suggestions are prioritised based on the value to our broader customer community and the product roadmap.
We may not be able to pursue this one immediately, but we will continue to monitor it for community input.
