API to Create a Callback & to Fetch Existing Callbacks

Can I ask for API routes to create a callback (we would like to use that so clients can request a callback on our website and then I can create a callback through an API) and 2nd one to fetch existing callbacks.

Hi Thank you for this request and your input. With a callback we have 2 types at the minute, we have a Private and Public. A Private Callback is for a specific agent on a specific date/time A Public Callback is for somebody to call the contact at a specific date/time however is not guaranteed
Which of these two are you looking for or are you looking for something else? Thanks Drew
