I would like to request a new feature for when an agent completes a sale/success then instead of dispositioning it would be dispositioning sale or something along those lines. The reason is after every call there is only dispositioning and it is very difficult to monitor agents with this being the only status after a call.

Your suggestion has been queued up for prioritisation. Feature suggestions are prioritised based on the value to our broader customer community and the product roadmap.
We may not be able to pursue this one immediately, but we will continue to monitor it for community input.
