We would love a feature of adding a note to break-statuses. Meaning that when an agent changes status to an "active break" (basically anything other than Break-Break or Break-Lunch) they can add a note explaining why they are in that break status.

Thanks for this. I would be keen to understand a little bit more around the use case, what would the extra information be used for?

Thank you for replying Martin. Would this extra text that is being stored only be visible in say the database or would you be expecting to see this elsewhere?

Thanks for this, I can appreciate there is a number of use cases where this would be useful.

Your suggestion has been queued up for prioritisation. Feature suggestions are prioritised based on the value to our broader customer community and the product roadmap.

We may not be able to pursue this one immediately, but we will continue to monitor it for community input.
